What do you do when you are sick? I like to drink tea, take a bath and curl up in my bed all day.

Good Girl vs. Bad Girl

Would you say you are a good girl or a bad girl? What do you think men are more attracted to?
The website askmen.com covers the debate and dishes the pros and cons of each label.
"Bad Girl"
Pros–she's fun, exciting, craves sex, is eye candy, she can up a status
Cons– she's untrustworthy, dangerous, makes a bad partner, she is expensive
"Good Girl"
Pros–she's wholesome and nice, a clean slate, unlikely to cheat, a best friend, easy on the finances, makes good wife & mother
Cons–as exciting as vanilla, a sexual dud, unfashionable
I don't necessarily believe in all of this, and I think it is important for both guys and gals to be a combo of "good and bad." It is important to love the person's personality and character but to also be insanely attracted to them. I would say the percentage for a perfect match is 60% personality and 40% attraction. What do you think?

Today I am drooling over mrandmrssmith.com and am dreaming of going to Santorini, Greece

I just want to feel the sun as I lie on the beach and sip fun cocktails.

I just want to feel the sun as I lie on the beach and sip fun cocktails.I am also currently obsessed with the website nameberry. It has every name you could possibly think of and lists upon lists of names that you can search for popularity, meaning, style and more. My name, Alexandra, is Greek and means "man's defender."

What is the most thoughtful gift you have received?
When I was in 4th grade my grandmother gave me a gold necklace with a pendant that has an angel on it. I never took it off and wore it every day. After my grammy passed away two years later it was something that made me still feel close to her. I wore it until high school when I started playing sports and couldn't wear jewelry and then I grew out of wearing gold and preferred white gold or silver, so sadly, the necklace sat in my jewelry box.
Then, on my 18th birthday my mom handed me a box, and inside was my angel necklace, but it wasn't gold anymore. My mom had secretly taken the necklace to the jewelry store and had it dipped in white gold. I had no idea and I was so surprised and happy.
Now, even though I don't wear my necklace everyday, I wear it often, especially when I am doing something important or scary and feel like I need a little support extra love.

A Funny New York Moment
How do you feel about PDA?

My best friend and I passed by this couple on the Brooklyn Bridge the other day and they were giving everyone a show, to say the least.
The kicker is that they were still at it on our return trip! (Maybe a little weird, but we just had to take a picture-even though it doesn't nearly capture the extremes of their session)
I don't mind cute lovey dovey pda, but beyond that...get a room!

bookish
I spent over 2 hours in Barnes & Noble yesterday, and it was wonderful. I perused the aisles, had a cup of coffee, flipped through some magazines and bought this book that I have been wanting to read for a while, and this fun summery book.
A perfect way to spend the day.

make me a..
Prima ballerina!
I often ask people if they were on the MTV show what would they like to be made into. I would like to be a ballerina. I danced for seven years when I was younger, but stopped when I broke my leg. I never went back and it is something that I have always regretted
